If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email address: contact@philalife.com. Please include your order number when contacting us.
Before dispatch
If you would like to cancel your order before the product has been dispatched to you, please contact our customer services team via email at contact@philalife.com, quoting your order number. If your order has not yet left the warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund once confirmed.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
If the item is shipped, please note that we CAN NOT cancel or modify orders anymore. Our Return policy comes into effect.
Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund, In this case, we will issue you the refund deducting the delivery fee after we receive the returned item.
Note: We cannot guarantee your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to stop your shipment, so please notify us as early as possible of your cancellation request.
